Kimchi and Beans Fall-Winter Magazine 2017

There’s nothing more exciting than starting fresh. Nothing is more important that making time to reevaluate what really matters at this point in time and find new ways to make a difference while doing something you love. And sometimes it does take courage to stop and rethink it all, but it’s most certainly the only way to keep reinventing ourselves and moving forward.

This new chapter in our blogger journey definitively fills our hearts with joy. After a lot of skepticism, we decided to rebrand our 8-year old blog Verdelicias to focus on celebrating diversity through food exploration and community engagement. It’s has been the natural progression of our stories since we move here and there’s nothing more satisfying. Our Fall-Winter magazine highlights not only seasonal ingredients, but culinary traditions in the US and around the world.

We also include fun styling and cooking tips, as well as a fun travel feature about Mesa Verde National Park. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do, and we hope to continue this exciting journey with you.
